摘要
1/3LD_(50)剂量的三尖杉酯碱,高三尖杉酯碱和半合成三尖杉酯碱给药后都使G_(1)期的P_(353)白血病细胞向S期移行受到延迟,而引起G_(1)%增高,同时引起S%和G_(2)+M%减少。48小时后基本恢复至对照水平。G_(1)期进入S期的延迟可能与蛋白质合成受抑制有关。
Both of Harringtonme(natura and partial synthetic)and Homoharringtonine-delayed the traverse of G_(1)to S phase in P_(388)murine leukemic cells.It was shown that under the action of these compounds,G_(1)%increased and S%and G_(2)+M%decreased n DNA distribution histogram.The effects appeared soon after treat-men and disappeared 43 hrs later.Results suggest that these drugs inhibit protein synthesis and cause a delay in transition of leukemic cells from G_(1)to S phase,the latter being the main cause of inhibition of leukemic growth.
