教育数字化背景下师范生信息化教学能力培育路径研究

摘要 教育数字化转型不仅是技术层面的革新,更是对教育本质和理念的深刻反思与重塑。当前,师范生信息化教学能力培育正面临课程与现实脱节、技术应用环境欠缺及主体意识薄弱等多重困境。针对这些挑战,本文提出了一系列改进策略,包括优化信息化教学能力应用场所,构建“一体、两翼、三擎、四化、五融合”的全方位培养体系,建立合理的师范生信息化教学能力评价体系,旨在通过系统整合教育资源,提升教师培训的针对性和前瞻性,从而培养出既能适应又能引领教育数字化变革的优秀教师,为教育的未来发展贡献力量。 The digital transformation of education is not only a technological innovation,but also a profound reflection and reshaping of the essence and philosophy of education.Currently,the cultivation of information technology teaching ability among normal university students is facing multiple challenges such as the disconnection between curriculum and reality,lack of technological application environment,and weak subject consciousness.In response to these challenges,this article proposes a series of improvement strategies,including optimizing the application of information technology teaching capabilities,building a comprehensive training system of"one body,two wings,three engines,four modernizations,and five integrations",establishing a reasonable evaluation system for teacher's information technology teaching capabilities,aiming to integrate educational resources through the system,enhance the pertinence and foresight of teacher training,and cultivate excellent teachers who can adapt to and lead the digital transformation of education,contributing to the future development of education.
