500 kV变电站35 kV电容协同自动控制系统研究

摘要 构建500kV变电站35kV电容电抗省地协同自动控制系统,提升电网无功电压调控的安全性,系统采用省地两级协同架构,省级调度AVC生成电压计划曲线、无功调节指令,地方调度AVC结合实时运行状态下发遥控信号,实现对电容器、电抗器的精准投切。电压控制中引入分级控制、模糊控制、神经网络预测等算法;无功控制采用TSC-TCR动态补偿装置,数据同步误差不大于1ms。系统能够实时监测高压侧、中压侧参数,抑制无功波动,建立电压敏感度矩阵、暂态稳定性模型,在高压侧过压或中压侧欠压场景下,能够防止电压突变,为大型电网无功优化提供经验参考。 In order to construct a 35 kV capacitor reactance provincial local collaborative automatic control system for 500 kV substations and improve the safety of reactive power and voltage regulation in the power grid.The system proposed in this article adopts a two-level collaborative architecture between provinces and regions.Provincial dispatch AVC generates voltage plan curves and reactive power regulation instructions,while local dispatch AVC combines real-time operating status to issue remote control signals,achieving precise switching of capacitors and reactors.Introducing algorithms such as hierarchical control,fuzzy control,and neural network prediction in voltage control;The reactive power control adopts TSC-TCR dynamic compensation device,with data synchronization error≤1 ms.The system can monitor the parameters of the high and medium voltage sides in real time,suppress reactive power fluctuations,establish voltage sensitivity matrix and transient stability model.In the scenario of overvoltage or undervoltage on the high voltage side,it can prevent voltage fluctuations and provide empirical reference for reactive power optimization in large power grids.
