脊髓损伤后影响神经再生修复的研究现状

摘要 目的对近年来影响脊髓损伤后神经修复的研究现状及进展作一(综述)。方法查阅近年来有关影响脊髓损伤后神经轴突再生、修复作用机制的相关文献进行(综述)。结果脊髓损伤后除神经胶质瘢痕以及神经生长因子的缺乏等原因除外,研究发现NogoA蛋白、髓磷脂相关脂蛋白以及少突胶质髓鞘糖蛋白等也是抑制轴突生长的一个重要的因素,探讨怎样通过降低神经抑制因子的表达或让促进神经轴突因子如Nogo受体拮抗剂NEP1-40、神经生长因子NGF、神经营养因子NT3过表达以改善脊髓损伤后局部微环境从而有利于突触再生。结论随着科学进步及实验检测技术的提高,脊髓损伤后影响神经再生修复作用机制的研究取得了突破性的进展,对治疗脊髓损伤以及其他神经相关性疾病具有十分重要的理论参考和指导意义。 Objective This article provides a review of the current research status and progress on nerve repair after spinal cord injury in recent years.Methods Review relevant literature in recent years on the mechanisms that affect axonal regeneration and repair after spinal cord injury.Results After spinal cord injury,except for reasons such as glial scar and lack of nerve growth factor,research had found that NogoA protein,myelin related lipoprotein,and oligodendrocyte myelin glycoprotein were also important factors that inhibit axonal growth.Explore how to reduce the expression of nerve inhibitory factors or promote axonal factors such as Nogo receptor antagonist NEP1-40,nerve growth factor NGF Overexpression of neurotrophic factor NT3 can improve the local microenvironment after spinal cord injury,thereby facilitating synaptic regeneration.Conclusion With the advancement of science and the improvement of experimental detection technology,breakthroughs have been made in the study of the mechanism of nerve regeneration and repair after spinal cord injury,which has significant theoretical reference and guidance significance for the treatment of spinal cord injury and other neurorelated diseases.
