摘要
文章以广东省地方标准《水利工程水文化设计导则》实施为契机,探讨水文化建设投资的地位作用,并进一步对广东省水利工程水文化建设投资计列问题进行研究,剖析工程规模、设计标准、地域文化、施工条件等方面影响因素,对水工建筑物、景观、水文化科普、水文化遗产保护和水文化信息化建设投资的计列原则和方法提出建议。研究表明,水文化建设投资受多因素综合影响,计列方法呈现多元化,需结合工程实际科学编制。
This paper takes the implementation of Guangdong's local standard“Guidelines for Water Culture Design in Hydraulic Projects”as an opportunity to explore the role and significance of water culture construction investment.Focusing on Guangdong's hydraulic projects,it conducts an in-depth study on investment calculation issues,analyzing influencing factors including project scale,design standards,regional culture,and construction conditions.The research proposes calculation principles and methods for investments in hydraulic structures,landscape,water culture education,water heritage protection,and water culture informatization.Findings indicate that water culture construction investment is affected by multiple factors and requires diversified calculation approaches,which should be scientifically formulated based on actual project conditions.
