基于Sentinel-2影像的广东省植被覆盖度反演及其地形分异研究

摘要 利用522景Sentinel-2遥感影像,采用像元二分模型计算生成广东省2023年10 m分辨率植被覆盖度(Fractional Vegetation Cover,FVC)数据,在此基础上,采用莫兰指数探究FVC分布的空间自相关特征,并利用GIS软件分析FVC在不同地形因子下的分异规律。结果表明:广东省植被以高覆盖度为主,占土地总面积的54.67%,FVC整体呈现从粤北、粤西山地丘陵区向珠江三角洲平原递减的趋势。FVC分布呈现显著的空间相关性,具体表现为高—高和低—低聚类特征,高值聚类主要分布于粤北、粤东、粤西的山地、丘陵地区,低值聚类主要分布于珠江三角洲平原和潮汕平原。高覆盖度植被在所有高程等级中均呈优势分布,并且当高程范围在300~500 m时,FVC均值最大;低、中低覆盖度植被在高程小于100 m的地区呈优势分布。高覆盖度植被面积占比和FVC均值在坡度小于5°时最小,在坡度为25~35°时最大,总体趋势都是随着坡度变大而增大,当坡向为非平地时,各植被覆盖等级面积占比和FVC均值相差不大,说明FVC分布对坡向不敏感。 This paper used 522 Sentinel-2 remote sensing images and a pixel dichotomy model to calculate and generate 10m resolution FVC data of Guangdong Province in 2023.Then,Moran's I was used to explore the spatial autocorrelation characteristics of FVC,and GIS software was used to analyze the differentiation of FVC under different terrain factors.The results showed that the vegetation of Guangdong Province was mainly high coverage,accounting for 54.67%of the total land area.The FVC showed a decreasing trend from the mountainous and hilly areas in northern and western Guangdong to the Pearl River Delta Plain.The distribution of FVC presented significant spatial correlation,which was characterized by high high and low low clustering.High value clustering was mainly distributed in mountainous and hilly areas of northern,eastern and western Guangdong,and low value clustering was mainly distributed in the Pearl River Delta Plain and Chaoshan Plain.High coverage vegetation showed a dominant distribution in all elevation levels,and the mean FVC was highest when the elevation range was between 300~500 meters.Low and medium-low coverage vegetation showed a dominant distribution in areas with an elevation of less than 100 meters.The proportion of high coverage vegetation and mean FVC were smallest when the slope was less than 5°,and they were largest when the slope was 25~35°,the overall trend were increased with increasing slope.When the slope direction was not flat ground,the proportion of vegetation coverage levels and the mean FVC were not significantly different,indicating that the FVC distribution was not sensitive to slope direction.
