摘要
为满足大藤峡水利枢纽工程工期需要,对厂房进水口门槽采用直埋技术施工,并对此进行了综合分析研究。通过对云车和门槽埋件进行有限元计算分析,表明云车和门槽埋件自身的应力和结构变形满足安全要求;通过梳理门槽直埋施工技术控制要点,保证了施工过程的质量及安全控制,经施工及运行检验,门槽轨道直埋安装质量优良。该技术对大跨度及深孔水工门槽施工具有施工快、质量好、安全性高等特点,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
In order to meet the requirements of the construction period of the Datengxia Water Complex,the new technology of direct pour at the inlet of the power plant was adopted.The finite element analysis method was used to comprehensively calculate and analyze the cloud car and the gate slot track embedded parts.The results show that the mechanical properties such as the strength and the structural deformation meet the structural safety requirements.By sorting out the control points of the direct pour construction technology of the gate slot,the quality and safety of the construction process are ensured.Through construction and operation practice,the installation quality of the gate slot track has reached a high standard by adopting the direct pour technology of the gate slot.This technology has significant advantages in the construction of large-span and deep-hole hydraulic gate slots,which provids valuable experience for similar projects.
