基于多目标配置模型的淮河流域闸坝群防洪调控研究

摘要 洪水会导致房屋、桥梁、道路等基础设施毁坏,且对人民群众生命财产安全造成威胁,而闸坝可以有效地减少洪水灾害的发生。该研究提出了基于多目标配置模型的淮河流域闸坝群防洪调控算法,与强度帕累托进化算法(Strength Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm,SPEA)相比,基于非支配多目标优化算法(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm,NSGA)对闸坝群防洪调控的多目标配置模型进行求解的超体积指标(Hypervolume,Hv)、绩效指标(Generational Distance,GD)值最优,当迭代次数为40时,NSGA算法的Hv值为3.35,当迭代次数为200时,NSGA算法的GD值为0.2。研究提出的方法可以有效地对淮河流域的洪水流量进行调控,减少洪水灾害的发生。 The occurrence of floods can lead to the destruction of infrastructure such as houses,bridges,and roads,as well as problems such as people being trapped and difficult to evacuate.And dams can effectively reduce the occurrence of flood disasters.Therefore,a multi-objective configuration model based flood control and regulation study of dam groups in the Huai River Basin is proposed.The results showed that compared with the Strength Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm(SPEA),the research based on the Non dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm(NSGA)for solving the multi-objective configuration model of flood control and regulation of dam groups had the best Hypervolume(Hv)and Generative Distance(GD)values.When the number of iterations was 40,the Hv value of the NSGA algorithm was 3.35.When the number of iterations is 200,the GD value of the NSGA algorithm is 0.2.The method proposed in the study can effectively regulate the flood flow in the Huai River Basin and reduce the occurrence of flood disasters.
