摘要
作为我国经济发展的重要支柱行业,家电行业关系着国民经济可持续、健康发展。随着传统家电行业向智能化、绿色低碳化、高效节能方向转变,家电用钢市场的产品结构也不断调整和变化。本文重点介绍了近十年来国内家电行业发展特点,通过统计分析国内家电产量、进出口量、高端产品占比等,对国内家电市场发展特点进行剖析。指出,面对国内经济放缓,国内家电在产量、销量及出口方面均保持稳增长的良好态势,以应用场景为中心的家电与家居融合发展的新赛道将成为下一个家电市场热点。其次,对国内重点家电用钢如热镀锌板、冷轧板、酸洗板、彩涂板的需求量进行估算;此外,家电企业在选材过程中,需要结合其零部件特点及材料要求,在满足冲压成形、易焊接、易加工的同时,考虑用材的耐蚀性,指出热镀锌、铝锌板、彩涂板在家电用钢领域具有潜在的应用市场。此外,系统性介绍了近年来国内钢企在家电用钢领域开发的新产品,包括高强家电板、高耐蚀性涂镀钢板、高效电工钢的性能特点,为企业未来家电产品开发提供参考。
As an important pillar industry of China's economic development,the home appliance industry is related to the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy.With the transformation of the traditional home appliance industry towards intelligence,green low-carbon,and efficient energy conservation,the product structure of the home appliance steel market is constantly adjusting and changing.This article focuses on the development characteristics of the domestic home appliance industry in the past decade.Through statistical analysis of domestic home appliance production,import and export volume,and the proportion of high-end products,the development characteristics of the domestic home appliance market are analyzed.It is pointed out that in the face of the domestic economic slowdown,domestic home appliances have maintained a stable growth trend in production,sales and exports.The new track of integrated development of home appliances and home furnishings centered on application scenarios will become the next hot spot in the home appliance market.Secondly,estimate the demand for key domestic household appliance steel such as hot-dip galvanized sheet,cold-rolled sheet,pickled sheet and color coated sheet.In addition,home appliance companies need to consider the characteristics and material requirements of their components during the material selection process.While meeting the requirements of stamping,welding,and processing,they should also take into account the corrosion resistance of the materials.It is pointed out that hot-dip galvanizing,aluminum zinc sheet and color coated sheet have potential application markets in the field of home appliance steel.In addition,a systematic introduction was given to the new products developed by domestic steel companies in the field of household appliance steel in recent years,including high-strength household appliance plates,high corrosion resistant coated steel plates,and high-efficiency electrical steel performance characteristics,providing reference for the future development of household appliance products by enterprises.
