摘要
目的乳化炸药生产线在生产作业时很难完全消除隐患,且受其自身特性影响,一旦发生事故往往伴随着严重的生命财产损失,对乳化炸药生产线进行风险评估具有重要意义。方法基于模糊层次分析法,以某公司乳化炸药生产线改造项目为工程实例,从乳化炸药生产线的水油相制备、乳化、基质冷却、敏化、装药包装和整体安全管理过程6个方面进行风险分析,建立乳化炸药生产线的风险评估模型,根据最大隶属度原则对该公司的升级改造项目进行综合评估。结果改造所涉及的水油相制备、乳化、装药包装环节评价值提升较为显著;乳化炸药生产线改造前后的评价值分别为71.752和73.420,改造前后的评价等级都处于低风险等级,但总体的安全状况评价值有明显提升。结论对该公司乳化炸药生产线的风险评估在一定程度上提高了其生产的本质安全水平,可为该行业的安全生产提供一定的理论依据。
Objective The production line of emulsion explosives inherently faces challenges in completely eliminating potential hazards during operation.Due to their inherent characteristics,accidents involving emulsion explosives often result in severe loss of life and property.Therefore,conducting risk assessments for such production lines holds significant importance.Methods Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),this study analyzed risks in six key areas of a company's emulsion explosive production line renovation project:water-oil phase preparation,emulsification,matrix cooling,sensitization,charging and packaging,and overall safety management.A risk assessment model for the production line was established,and a comprehensive evaluation of the upgraded project was conducted using the maximum membership degree principle.Results The evaluation values related to the aqueous and oil phase preparation,emulsification,and drug loading/packaging processes involved in the transformation have shown particularly notable improvements.The overall safety evaluation scores for the production line before and after renovation were 71.752 and 73.420,respectively.While both scores remained within the low-risk category,the overall safety assessment showed a clear enhancement.Conclusion The risk assessment of the emulsion explosive production line contributed to improving its intrinsic safety level and provided a theoretical foundation for enhancing safety practices in the industry.
