摘要
回顾了我国军用装备环境试验标准GJB 150从1986年到2023年的发展历程,将其划分为“三级跨越”——GJB150—1986的制订实现了从无到有的跨越,奠定了我国军用装备环境试验的基础;修订为GJB 150A—2009实现了从环境试验到环境工程的跨越,引入了全寿命周期装备环境工程的理念,为装备环境适应性提升提供支撑;2023年完成GJB150A的修订,实现了从“研仿”到“研发”的跨越,通过自主创新,增加了试验方法的覆盖面,提升了标准的实用性和先进性。在此基础上,提出了推进新标准应用的具体建议。
The work aims to review the development process of China’s environmental testing standard GJB 150 for mili-tary equipment from 1986 to 2023,dividing it into“three leaps”.Firstly,the formulation of GJB 150—1986 achieves a leap from nothing to something,laying the foundation for China’s environmental testing for military equipment.Secondly,the revi-sion of GJB 150 achieves a leap from environmental testing to environmental engineering,introducing the concept of full life cycle environmental engineering and providing support for the enhancement of the environmental adaptability of equipment.Finally,the revision of GJB 150A achieves a leap from“imitation”to“independent innovation”,increasing the coverage of testing methods and improving the practicality and advanced nature of the standard through independent research and development.On this basis,specific suggestions are put forward to promote the application of new standards.
