摘要
目的 评价在社区健康科普志愿者中开展以需求为导向的参与式健康干预效果,为探索并验证有效的志愿者健康干预模式提供科学依据。方法 采用按职业分层抽样与方便抽样相结合方法,选取广州市白云区24个街(镇)共480名志愿者进行参与式健康干预。干预前后分别开展问卷调查,比较志愿者健康相关知识和技能的变化。结果 干预后,志愿者健康相关知识知晓率、健康技能掌握率分别由干预前的75.46%和62.08%上升至干预后的83.37%和68.39%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以需求为导向的参与式健康干预能有效提升社区志愿者的健康相关知识及技能水平。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of demand-oriented participatory health interventions on the health literacy of community health science popularization volunteers,and provide a scientific basis for exploring and validating effective volunteer health intervention models.Methods Using a combination of stratified sampling by occupation and convenience sampling,480 volunteers from 24 towns and streets in Baiyun District were selected for participatory health interventions:Questionnaires were conducted before and after the intervention to compare changes in volunteers'health-related knowledge and skills.Results After the intervention,the awareness rate of health-related knowledge and the mastery rate of health skills among volunteers increased from 75.46%and 62.08%before the intervention to 83.37%and 68.39%after the intervention,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Demand-oriented participatory health interventions can effectively improve the level of health-related knowledge and skills of community volunteers.
