摘要
目的 开发一套科学有效的上海市国家卫生城市建设调查问卷,用于测量公众参与意愿及影响因素,并对其进行信效度检验,为后续研究提供可靠的数据支持。方法 通过全面的文献研究,梳理相关理论与关键因素,组织多学科小组讨论确定问卷框架,运用专家咨询法优化问卷内容,形成包含三个部分、五个维度共21项的调查问卷。采用SPSS 26.0和AMOS 24.0软件对问卷进行信度和效度检验。结果 各分量表Cronbach's α系数均大于0.7,总量表为0.925,表明问卷具有较高的信度;探索性因子分析指标显示模型拟合效果较好;所有变量的Cr值均大于0.70,AVE值均大于0.5,表明问卷的信度和效度良好。结论 本研究制定的调查问卷质量可靠,可有效用于上海市国家卫生城市建设公众参与相关研究,为进一步探索公众参与意愿及影响因素奠定基础。
Objective To develop ascientifically valid questionnaire for assessing public participation willingness and its influencing factors in Shanghai's National Hygienic City construction,and its reliability and validity were evaluated to provide a robust tool for subsequent research.Methods Through comprehensive literature research,relevant theories and key factors were collated.A multi-disciplinary group discussion was held to determine the questionnaire framework,and the expert consultation method was employed to optimize the questionnaire content.The final questionnaire consisted of 3 parts,5 dimensions,and 21 items.SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0 software were utilized to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of each sub-scale exceeded 0.7,with the total scale reaching 0.925,indicating high reliability of the questionnaire.The exploratory factor analysis indicators showed that the model fitting effect was good.The CR values of all variables were above 0.70,and the AVE values were all greater than 0.5,demonstrating good reliability and validity.Conclusion The questionnaire developed in this study was highly reliable and could be effectively applied to research on public participation in Shanghai's National Sanitary City construction,laying a solid foundation for further exploration of the public's participation willingness and influencing factors.
