摘要
文章分析了影响盐城市医疗器械产业发展的因素,为医疗器械产业发展格局提供参考。文章以盐城市医疗器械产业为研究对象,采用AHP和SWOT相结合的方法,构建层次分析模型,对影响因素和发展战略进行分析。结果发现:在盐城市医疗器械产业发展过程中,内部优势(S,战略力度为2.061)>发展机会(O,战略力度为1.133)>自身劣势(W,战略力度为0.633)>外部威胁(T,战略力度为0.406),战略四边形重心在第一象限。盐城市医疗器械产业发展内部优势显著,应开展SO策略,以外部机会为契机;同时,尽可能降低外部威胁,改善内部产业结构劣势,持续稳步推进产业高质量发展。文章得出以下结论:为了进一步推进医疗器械产业高质量,未来盐城市医疗器械产业发展研究应着眼于加强顶层设计,构建重点产业链发展格局;优化产业空间布局,集群化发展优势产业;区域协同发展,加快长三角医疗器械产业一体化;建立人才培养机制,保障关键要素支撑。
To analyze the influencing factors in the development of the medical device industry of Yancheng city and provide references for the development pattern of the medical device industry.This article taking the medical device industry of Yancheng city as the research object,a combination method of AHP and SWOT was adopted to construct a hierarchical analysis model for analyzing the influencing factors and development strategies.Results:In the development process of the medical device industry in Yancheng city,the internal strengths(S,with a strategic intensity of 2.061)>development opportunities(O,with a strategic intensity of 1.133)>internal weaknesses(W,with a strategic intensity of 0.633)>external threats(T,with a strategic intensity of 0.406).The center of gravity of the strategic quadrilateral is in the first quadrant.The medical device industry of Yancheng city has significant internal strengths.It should take external opportunities as a turning point,minimize external threats,improve the disadvantages of the internal industrial structure,and steadily promote the high-quality development of the industry by implementing the SO strategy.The article concludes:To further promote the high-quality development of the medical device industry,future research on the development of Yancheng’s medical device industry should focus on strengthening top-level design to construct a development pattern for key industrial chains;optimizing the industrial spatial layout to develop advantageous industries in clusters;promoting regional coordinated development to accelerate the integration of the medical device industry in the Yangtze River Delta;and establishing a talent cultivation mechanism to ensure the support of key elements.
