摘要
新工科背景下高校人才培养模式变革具有创新性、未知性、复杂性等显著特征,盲目推进模式变革会取得适得其反的效果,高校应抓住变革工作的关键,以理念革新、知识交叉、技术赋能为创新切口,提升工作推进的精准性;以顶层设计薄弱、知识价值稀释、学科特质淡化、组织建设滞后等问题为导向进行行动前瞻,实现对策和问题的一一对应,为变革工作的推进实践提供明确的理论指导;以高质量变革促进新工科人才培养工作的提质增效,以优质的人才供给助力中国工业体系始终处于世界先进水平。
In the emerging engineering education,talent cultivation model reform exhibits innovation,uncertainty,and complexity.Blind implementation risks counter-productivity.Therefore,colleges and universities must forge innovative pathways through conceptual innovation,interdisciplinary knowledge integration,and technological empowerment to enhance precision.Developing forward strategies addressing weak top-level design,diluted knowledge value,diminished disciplinary distinctiveness,and organizational delays enables targeted problem-resolution,providing clear theoretical guidance for the reform.Ultimately,high-quality reform propels talent cultivation quality-efficiency improvements,sustaining China’s industrial system at globally advanced levels via premium talent supply.
