激光选区熔化Cr_(3)C_(2)增强钴基合金高温抗氧化性能研究

High-Temperature Oxidation Resistance of Cr_(3)C_(2)-Strengthened Cobalt-Based Alloy Fabricated by Selective Laser Melting

摘要 采用激光选区熔化(SLM)技术制备钴基合金和Cr_(3)C_(2)/钴基合金,对比研究两种合金的高温抗氧化性能,总结添加Cr_(3)C_(2)颗粒对钴基合金高温抗氧化的影响机制。结果表明:在950℃氧化40 h,Cr_(3)C_(2)/钴基合金单位面积氧化增量仅为0.986 mg/cm^(2),相比于钴基合金提升了85%。Cr_(3)C_(2)/钴基合金表面存在片状的Cr_(2)O_(3)氧化膜,CoCr_(2)O_(4)含量显著减少。添加Cr_(3)C_(2)使合金中Cr含量增加,合金表面形成连续的氧化膜,阻碍氧气向内扩散,提升合金的抗氧化性能。 Cobalt-based alloy and Cr_(3)C_(2)/cobalt-based alloy were prepared by selective laser melting(SLM)for a comparative study of their high-temperature oxidation resistance,aiming to investigate the effect of Cr_(3)C_(2)particles on the oxidation resistance of the cobalt-based alloy.The results show that the oxidation mass gain per unit area of the Cr_(3)C_(2)/Cobalt-based alloy was only 0.986 mg/cm^(2)after oxidation at 950℃for 40 h,representing an 85%reduction compared to the Cobalt-based alloy.A platelet-like Cr_(2)O_(3)oxide film was formed on the surface of the Cr_(3)C_(2)/cobalt-based alloy,and the CoCr_(2)O_(4)content on the surface was significantly reduced.The addition of Cr_(3)C_(2)increased the Cr content in the alloy,promoting the formation of a continuous oxide film on the surface.This film effectively hindered the inward diffusion of oxygen,thereby enhancing the oxidation resistance of the alloy.
