蒽醌在红麻碱脱胶中的作用与机制

摘要 为使红麻纤维能达到纺纱要求,加入蒽醌对红麻进行脱胶处理,分析脱胶处理前后红麻纤维成分构成,采用铜价、纤维素聚合度判断纤维素的损伤情况,比较其红外光谱分析、X-衍射图谱,探究蒽醌在红麻碱脱胶中的作用,分析红麻脱胶残液中木质素的红外光谱,探讨红麻碱脱胶过程中蒽醌对木质素脱除的机制。结果表明:蒽醌对脱除木质素有促进作用,质量分数0.05%的蒽醌脱胶处理后木质素残留量为0.94%,可以显著脱除木质素;添加蒽醌能够把木质素裂解为更小单元;蒽醌对红麻纤维素有明显保护作用,纤维素无定型区被氧化较少,质量分数0.05%蒽醌处理的红麻纤维素铜价为0,未添加蒽醌处理的红麻纤维素铜价为0.56。 In order to make jute fibers meet the spinning requirements,anthraquinone alkali treatment was used to degumm kenaf.The composition of kenaf fibers before and after anthraquinone alkali treatment was analyzed.The damage of cellulose was judged by copper price and cellulose polymerization degree.The infrared spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction patterns were compared to explore the role of anthraquinone in the degumm of kenaf alkali.The infrared spectrum of lignin in the degumm residue of kenaf was analyzed and the mechanism of lignin removal by anthraquinone during the degumming process of jujudine was explored.The results show that anthraquinone has a promoting effect on the removal of lignin.After degumption treatment with anthraquinone by mass fraction of 0.05%,the residual lignin content is 0.94%,which can significantly remove lignin.Adding anthraquinone can break down lignin into smaller units.Anthraquinone has a significant protective effect on kenaf cellulose.The amorphous region of cellulose is oxidized less.The copper price of kenaf cellulose treated with 0.05%anthraquinone by mass is 0,while that of kenaf cellulose treated without anthraquinone addition is 0.56.
