基于STEP-FRAM的矿山顶板事故应急处置评估及改进

摘要 为充分评估矿山顶板事故应急处置过程中功能单元交互关系及耦合现象,并依据数据结果设计失效预防措施。以矿山顶板事故为例,借助STEP的时序逻辑优化功能共振(FRAM)功能单元识别效果,明确事故应急处置流程中功能单元组成及其交互关系;开展半定量分析,确定功能单元自身可变性和上下游耦合作用,并从多个角度设计预防措施。结果表明:(1)STEP-FRAM模型准确识别出该事故应急处置共有7个功能单元和13条交互关系,其中失效链接7条;(2)通过半定量计算能得到7个功能单元的功能可变性、上下游链路数、上下游耦合变化等数据信息;(3)其中功能单元现场处置F_(6)、方案修订F_(1)波动变化概率最大属于重点关注的敏感功能,是失效预防措施设计的重点。 To comprehensively evaluate the interaction relationships and coupling phenomena among functional units during the emergency response to mine roof accidents and design failure prevention measures based on data-driven in sights,this study proposes a STEP-FRAM-based approach.Taking a mine roof accident as a case,the temporal logic of Systems-Theoretic Accident Modeling and Processes(STAMP)is integrated to optimize the Functional Resonance Analysis Method(FRAM).As a result,the identification ability of functional units and their interactions within the emergency response process is enhanced.Semi-quantitative analysis is conducted to determine the variability of func tional units,upstream/downstream coupling effects,and multi-perspective preventive measures.Results indicate that:1)The STEP-FRAM model identified 7 functional units and 13 interaction relationships in the emergency response process,including 7 failure links;2)Semi-quantitative calculations provide data on functional variability,upstream/downstream link counts,and coupling changes for all functional units;3)On-site disposal(F_(6))and plan revision(F_(1))exhibited the highest variability probabilities,which are identified as critical sensitive functions requiring prioritized attention in failure prevention design.
