摘要
区域水土空间分布格局及其适配情况对于农业生产有着较重要的影响。湖南省作为粮食生产大省,揭示其农业水土资源时空分异特征、明晰其匹配格局具有研究价值。通过运用基尼系数和水土资源匹配系数相结合的方法,计算得到湖南省自2001年以来的水土资源匹配系数,并进一步剖析时空分异特征及匹配格局演化。主要结论如下:1)研究期限内,湖南省可利用农业用水量总体保持稳定,水土资源协调性呈优化趋势,差异不断缩小;2)湖南省农业水土资源匹配格局时间呈现“优质转变劣态,再逐步恢复”的趋势;空间上为“东优西劣、南北相当”向“总体均衡、西部不足”转变的总体特征。针对不同地区实际,从水利建设、科技升级、生态整治及水价政策等方面提出建议。
The spatial distribution pattern and matching of regional water-land resources significantly impact agricultural production.Since Hunan is a major grain-producing province in China,its spatiotemporal heterogeneity and matching patterns of agricultural water-land resources warrant in-depth investigation.This study calculated Hunan s agricultural water-land matching coefficient since 2001 using a combined Gini coefficient and water-land resources index method,further analyzing spatiotemporal heterogeneity and matching pattern evolution.Key findings indicate:(1)Throughout the study period,agricultural water availability remained stable with progressively optimized resource coordination and narrowing regional disparities.(2)Temporally,the matching pattern exhibited a“deterioration followed by gradual recovery”trajectory,while spatially shifting from“east-superior/west-inferior with north-south equivalence”to“overall equilibrium with persistent western deficiency”.Region-specific recommendations are proposed covering water infrastructure development,technological upgrades,ecological remediation,and water pricing mechanisms.
