摘要
“一带一路”倡议的实施搭建了共建各国深入合作的重要平台,也拓展了中国企业国际化发展的市场空间。长三角在“一带一路”倡议下,畅通道建平台,“走出去”的总体成效显著,表现为进出口贸易持续增长、对外投资规模稳步攀升、承包工程业务发展平稳。在日趋复杂多变的国际环境下,长三角高质量“走出去”仍存在现实阻滞。为此,应深化长三角一体化合作以推动“一带一路”建设;锚定新质产能优势并深化探索;强化通道建设并推动中欧班列良性发展;推动境外经贸合作区高质量均衡发展。
The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative has built an important platform for indepth cooperation among countries involved,and has also expanded the market space for the international development of Chinese enterprises.Under this initiative,the Yangtze River Delta region has been actively unblocking channels and constructing platforms,and the overall effect of“going global”is remarkable,which can be reflected in the continuous growth of import and export trade,the steady increase of foreign investment scale,and the steady development of contract projects.In the context of increasingly complex and ever-changing international situation,the Yangtze River Delta region still faces the realistic obstacles when going global.Therefore,the paper puts forward suggestions such as deepening Yangtze River Delta integration to promote the construction of the Belt and Road,aiming at the strengths of new-quality production capacity and deepening exploration,strengthening channel construction and promoting the healthy development of the China-Europe Railway Express,and promoting high-quality and balanced development of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones.
