摘要
为了实现壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC)与棉织物的共价接枝,研究活性壳聚糖季铵盐(TCT-HTCC)的合成及其在棉织物上的应用效果。以1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐离子液体作为溶剂,通过均相反应合成HTCC,使用两种不同的分散剂十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(STAC)和N-十二烷基-2-吡咯烷酮(N-DP)对三聚氯氰(TCT)进行分散,通过非均相反应合成TCT-HTCC,并通过亲核取代反应实现HTCC和棉织物的共价接枝。利用红外光谱、XPS对HTCC、TCT-HTCC及改性棉的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:分散剂有利于TCT在HTCC上的接枝,其中采用分散剂十八烷基三甲基氯化铵合成的TCT-HTCC改性棉织物,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均可达99.9%,对ABTS自由基清除率可达30.34%,对天然染料槐米黄上染棉织物K/S值可达2.1616。认为:使用分散体系制备的TCT-HTCC可提升改性棉织物的抗菌、抗氧化和染色性能。
In order to realize the covalent grafting of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(HTCC)and cotton fabric,synthesis of active chitosan quaternary ammonium salts(TCT-HTCC)and their application effects on cotton fabrics were studied.HTCC was synthesized by homogeneous reaction using 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid as solvent.Two different dispersants,octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride(STAC)and N-dodecyl-2-pyrrolidone(N-DP),were used to disperse melamine(TCT).TCT-HTCC was synthesized by heterogeneous reaction,and covalent grafting of HTCC and cotton fabric was achieved through nucleophilic substitution reaction.The structure and property of HTCC,TCT-HTCC and modified cotton were characterized using infrared spectroscopy and XPS.The results showed that dispersants were beneficial for the grafting of melamine onto HTCC.Among them,the TCT-HTCC modified cotton fabric synthesized using dispersant octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride had antibacterial rates of 99.9%against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,free radical scavenging rate of 30.34%against ABTS,and K/S value of 2.1616 for cotton fabric dyed with natural dye Sophora flavescens.It is believed that TCT-HTCC prepared by using dispersed system can enhance the antibacterial,antioxidant and dyeing property of modified cotton fabrics.
