定子槽型对永磁同步电机的影响分析

摘要 为了研究定子槽型对永磁同步电机性能的影响,以3相4极24槽径向表贴式永磁同步电机为例,利用有限元软件分别建立梨形槽永磁同步电机和梯形槽永磁同步电机的瞬态电磁场仿真模型。根据建立的模型及理论分析,对比研究了梨形槽永磁同步电机和梯形槽永磁同步电机对永磁同步电机槽满率、齿槽转矩和空载反电动势的影响。结果表明,在定子槽开口一定的情况下,梨形槽永磁同步电机的性能优于梯形槽永磁同步电机。旨在为永磁同步电机定子槽型的设计与优化提供理论依据。 To investigate the influence of stator slot type on the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motors,a three-phase,four-pole,and 24-slot radial surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as an example.Finite element software was used to establish tran-sient electromagnetic field simulation models for permanent magnet synchronous motors with pear-shaped slots and trapezoidal slots,respectively.Based on the established models and theoretical analysis,the effects of pear-shaped slots and trapezoidal slots on the slot fill factor,cogging torque,and no-load back electromotive force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor were compared.The results show that,under the condition of a fixed sta-tor slot opening,the performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with pear-shaped slots is superior to that with trapezoidal slots.The pap-per provided a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of stator slot types in permanent magnet synchronous motors.
