摘要
从标准制定的必要性出发,介绍中国建筑学会标准T/ASC6002—2021《消防用电线电缆耐火性能试验方法》的编制原则、适用范围、试验设备、试样制备、安装和性能要求,分析其与现有国内外相关标准在燃烧方式、试样安装、耐火温度和燃烧时间的技术差异性。标准填补了我国电缆耐火性能950℃的试验方法空白,在国内首次提出预制分支电缆耐火性能试验方法和在同一根电缆上施加火焰燃烧、冲击振动和喷水试验的耐火性能试验方法。
Starting from the necessity of standard formulation,thispIaperintroduces thecompilation principles,s,cope ofapplication,test equipment,specimen preparation and installation,and performance requirementsof the standard Methods of Test for Resistance to Fire of Wires and Cables for Use in Fire Equipment(T/ASC 6002—2021)of the Architectural Society of China.It also analyzes the technical differences in combustion methods,specimen installation,fire resistance temperature,and combustion time between this standard and relevant existing domestic and foreign standards.This standard fills the gap in the test method for the fire resistance performance of cables at 950 in China.For the first time in China,it proposes the test methodforthefire resistance performance of prefabricated branch cables and the test method for fire resistance performance by applying flame combustion,impact vibration,and water spray tests on the same cable.
