硬脊膜动静脉瘘诊疗专家共识(2025版)

摘要 硬脊膜动静脉瘘(spinal dural arteriovenous fistulas,SDAVF)是最常见的脊髓血管畸形[1]。目前,国内外尚缺乏SDAVF相关诊疗规范,部分临床医生对该病认识不足,导致该病极易被误诊、误治。因此,中华医学会神经外科学分会组织制订《硬脊膜动静脉瘘诊疗专家共识(2025版)》,为SDAVF的诊疗提供规范化参考依据。本文将重点介绍SDAVF的流行病学、病因学、病理生理学、临床和影像学表现、诊断方法、治疗和预后。
