摘要
本文结合鞍钢煤焦油加工装置的腐蚀实际,系统归类并概述了煤焦油加工过程中存在的主要腐蚀机理。通过对煤焦油理化性质及组分构成的分析,深入探讨了焦油精制系统中腐蚀问题的根本原因。在此基础上,提出了针对性的腐蚀防治措施,为煤焦油加工装置的稳定运行与延寿提供了理论支持与工程参考。
Based on the practical corrosion issues in Ansteel's coal tar processing units,this study systematically categorizes and summarizes the major corrosion mechanisms present during coal tar processing.Through an analysis of the physicochemical properties and compositional characteristics of coal tar,the root causes of corrosion in the tar refining system are thoroughly investigated.Building on these findings,targeted anti-corrosion measures are proposed,offering theoretical support and engineering references for ensuring the stable operation and extending the service life of coal tar processing facilities.
