摘要
目的分析胺碘酮注射液致围术期过敏性休克的临床特征、过敏反应机制和临床管理方案,为围术期用药提供警示。方法分析1例围术期使用胺碘酮注射液后出现过敏性休克患者的诊疗过程,探讨其药品不良反应的发生机制和临床管理方案。结果分析患者的临床表现和用药时间,结合胺碘酮注射液诺氏(Naranjo′s)评分为7分,考虑其很可能是引起患者过敏性休克的药物。结论胺碘酮注射液可能引起过敏性休克,围术期用药时需予以重视。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics,allergic reaction mechanism,and clinical management plan of perioperative anaphylactic shock induced by Amiodarone Injection,and to provide a warning for perioperative medication.Methods The diagnosis and treatment process of a case of anaphylactic shock following the use of intravenous amiodarone injection during the perioperative period was analyzed to investigate the mechanism of drug adverse reactions and clinical management strategies.Results Based on the patient′s clinical manifestations and the timing of medication,combined with Naranjo′s score of seven points for Amiodarone Injection,it was considered that the drug was very likely to induce anaphylactic shock.Conclusion Amiodarone Injection may induce anaphylactic shock and should be taken seriously during the perioperative medication.
