摘要
随着数字化转型的加速推进,企业正在积极探索新的业务流程优化方式,以增强市场竞争力。针对企业部门间的沟通不畅、协作障碍、跨系统业务流程不贯通、效率低下等问题,文中探讨了超级自动化在企业数字化中的应用实践,将风控平台作为企业生产运营的管理底座,并以采购领域为例,对不同应用场景提出了相应的超级自动化解决方案,实现了运营效率、运营成本等指标的优化,最后提出了超级自动化的应用策略及建议。
With the acceleration of digital transformation,enterprises are actively exploring new ways to optimize business processes in order to enhance their market competitiveness.In response to problems such as poor communication between departments,obstacles to collaboration,disconnected business processes across systems,and low efficiency,this paper explores the application practice of super automation in enterprise digitalization.It takes the risk control platform as the management foundation of enterprise production and operation,and takes the procurement field as an example to propose corresponding super automation solutions for different application scenarios,achieving the optimization of operational efficiency,operating costs,and other indicators.Finally,it puts forward the application strategies and suggestions of super automation.
