摘要
数字化档案管理在事业单位中的应用是提升管理效率的重要手段,其不仅提高了档案的检索效率和安全性,还降低了管理成本。通过引入先进的技术手段,如OCR技术、数据加密、定期备份和恢复方案,事业单位能够更好地应对档案管理面临的挑战。基于此,文中对数字化档案管理在事业单位中的应用进行了研究,以供参考。
The application of digital archive management in public institutions is a crucial means of enhancing management efficiency.It not only improves the retrieval efficiency and security of archives but also reduces management costs.By introducing advanced technological methods such as OCR technology,data encryption,regular backups,and recovery plans,public institutions are better equipped to address the challenges faced by archive management.Based on this,a study on the application of digital archive management in public institutions is conducted for reference.
