摘要
智慧城市对通信基础设施的资源配置提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,城市公共通信设施共享平台逐渐成为智慧城市基础设施体系的核心。文中基于城市通信设施共享平台建设的时代背景,梳理了其在功能构成、数据治理与服务反馈等方面存在的主要问题,并从平台架构优化、权限管理机制强化、效能评估体系构建等维度提出了针对性的策略。研究指出,应以构建标准化数据转换引擎、构建“三位一体”数据安全管控体系、完善共享平台效能评估体系等为抓手,为构建城市通信基础支撑体系提供了有益的参考。
Smart cities have put forward higher requirements for the resource allocation of communication infrastructure.Under this background,the urban public communication facility sharing platform has gradually become the core of the smart city infrastructure system.Based on the era background of the construction of urban communication facility sharing platform,this paper sorts out the main problems in its function composition,data governance and service feedback,and puts forward targeted strategies from the dimensions of platform architecture optimization,authority management mechanism strengthening,and efficiency evaluation system construction.The research points out that the breakthrough points should be to build a standardized data conversion engine,build a“trinity”data security management and control system,and improve the efficiency evaluation system of the sharing platform,which provides a useful reference for building a basic urban communication support system.
