摘要
利用连续谱激光辐照红外成像探测系统,开展红外成像探测器干扰实验。结果表明,随着辐照到探测器上能量密度增强,红外成像探测系统干扰图像中逐渐出现饱和干扰亮斑、饱和串音扩散干扰、衍射环状条纹、激光致盲等典型激光干扰现象。像元上激光功率密度达到5μW/cm^(2)~45μW/cm^(2)时,干扰图像为饱和干扰亮斑;激光功率密度达到69.4μW/cm^(2)~2 175μW/cm2时,干扰图像为饱和串音扩散干扰和衍射环状条纹;激光功率密度达到0.17 W/cm^(2)~2.8 W/cm2时,干扰图像为激光致盲现象。通过分析红外成像探测器的结构及材料,发现饱和干扰亮斑是由光电效应引起,饱和串音扩散干扰及衍射环状条纹是由探测器的温度升高所致,激光致盲则是光电效应和探测器的热积累共同作用的结果。研究结果丰富了连续谱激光对红外成像探测系统干扰现象的认知,为连续谱激光干扰红外成像探测系统的机理提供了理论依据。
Conduct interference experiments on infrared imaging detectors using a continuous spectrum laser irradi-ation infrared imaging detection system.The results indicate that with the increase of energy density irradiated onto the detector,typical laser interference phenomena such as saturation interference bright spots,saturation crosstalk diffusion interference,diffraction ring stripes,and laser blindness gradually appear in the interference images of the infrared im-aging detection system.When the laser power density on the pixel reaches 5μW/cm^(2)~45μW/cm^(2),the interference im-age becomes saturated interference bright spots,When the laser power density reaches 69.4μW/cm^(2)~2175μW/cm^(2),the interference images are saturated crosstalk diffusion interference and diffraction ring fringes,When the laser power density reaches 0.17 W/cm^(2)~2.8 W/cm^(2),the interference image is the phenomenon of laser blindness.By analyzing the structure and materials of infrared imaging detectors,it was found that saturation interference bright spots are caused by photoelectric effects,saturation crosstalk diffusion interference and diffraction ring fringes are caused by the temperature rise of the detector,and laser blindness is the result of the combined effect of photoelectric effects and thermal accumulation of the detector.The research results have enriched the understanding of the interference phenom-enon of continuous spectrum lasers on infrared imaging detection systems,providing a theoretical basis for the mechanism of continuous spectrum laser interference on infrared imaging detection systems.
