摘要
为保障光纤通信网络在波动状态下的安全稳定运行,减少因恶意干扰引发的通信中断和数据泄露风险,提出一种基于粒子群算法的光纤通信网络入侵干扰信号定位方法。利用光电探测器捕获光纤中的入侵信号光强,构建信号轨迹矩阵,并应用奇异值分解技术结合对角平均化原则对入侵干扰信号进行提纯;将周期内信号的实际长度看作关键时域特征,对入侵干扰信号进行量化处理,采用时域矩的偏度和峰度分析其时域特性;利用粒子群算法优化聚类过程,依据时域特征构建异常入侵信号数据集。在聚类过程中,通过隶属度矩阵标准化聚类中心,并利用矩阵元素间的间隔计算信号相位差,实现对入侵干扰信号的精确定位。实验结果表明,所提方法可有效提取干扰信号特征,具备高定位精度和强鲁棒性,为光纤通信网络的安全防护提供了有效手段。
To ensure the safe and stable operation of fiber optic communication networks under fluctuating condi-tions,reduce the risk of communication interruption and data leakage caused by malicious interference,a particle swarm algorithm based intrusion interference signal localization method for fiber optic communication networks is pro-posed.Using photodetectors to capture the intensity of intrusion signals in optical fibers,constructing a signal trajectory matrix,and applying singular value decomposition techniques combined with diagonal averaging principles to purify in-trusion interference signals;Quantify the intrusion interference signal by considering the actual length of the signal within the cycle as a key time-domain feature,and analyze its time-domain characteristics using the skewness and kurtosis of time-domain moments;Optimize the clustering process using particle swarm optimization algorithm and con-struct an abnormal intrusion signal dataset based on time-domain features.In the clustering process,the clustering centers are standardized by the membership matrix,and the signal phase difference is calculated using the interval be-tween matrix elements to achieve accurate localization of intrusion interference signals.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively extract the characteristics of interference signals,with high positioning accura-cy and strong robustness,providing an effective means for the security protection of fiber optic communication net-works.
