摘要
为分析SBS改性沥青混合料和AH-70重交通沥青混合料在级配影响下的变化规律,根据时温等效原理,应用MHN复数模量模型拟合混合料试验数据,得到动态模量主曲线。对比移位因子及模型参数,结果表明:(1)MHN复数模量模型适用于拟合动态模量主曲线,主曲线呈“S”形;(2)不同沥青混合料在10^(-3)~10^(-1)Hz缩减频率区间内出现了交叉现象,此区间内,随着加载频率的减小,动态模量均迅速减小,该现象解释了高温季节时特殊位置易产生车辙等永久变形的原因;(3)增大公称最大粒径可弱化AH-70沥青混合料对温度的依赖性,在固定级配AC-13C或AC-20C下,SBS改性沥青混合料的温度依赖性相对较弱。SBS改性沥青增强了混合料的高温抗变形性能。
In order to analyze the variation law of SBS modified asphalt mixture and AH-70 heavy traffic asphalt mixture under the influence of gradation,based on the time-temperature equivalence principle,the MHN complex modulus model is applied to fit the experimental data of the mixture,and the dynamic modulus main curve is obtained.Compared with the shift factor and model parameters,the results show that:(1)The MHN complex modulus model is suitable for fitting the dynamic modulus main curve,which shows an"S"shape.(2)The crossover phenomenon of different asphalt mixtures occurs in the frequency reduction range of 10^(-3)~10^(-1)Hz.In this range,as the loading frequency decreases,the dynamic modulus rapidly decreases.This phenomenon explains the reason why special positions are prone to permanent deformation such as rutting during high temperature season.(3)Increasing the nominal maximum particle size can weaken the temperature dependence of AH-70 asphalt mixture.Under fixed gradation AC-13C or AC-20C,the temperature dependence of SBS modified asphalt mixture is relatively weak.SBS modified asphalt enhances the high-temperature deformation resistance of the mixture.
