碎石化后沥青混凝土加铺层结构力学分析

摘要 碎石化技术是常见的“白改黑”技术之一,其广泛应用于浙江地区“白改黑”工程中。然而近年来,由于缺乏针对性的研究,水泥混凝土路面碎石化后的加铺理论仍缺乏相关参考依据。通过系统调研浙江地区碎石化后的典型加铺结构,分析不同交通环境下沥青混凝土加铺层结构的受力状况,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立模型,以加铺层路表弯沉、层底拉应力、土基顶面竖向压应变为研究对象,分析不同基层强度、碎石化程度和加铺层材料参数对加铺层结构的力学响应。 Crushing technology is one of the common"white to black"technologies,which is widely used in"white to black"projects in Zhejiang region.However,in recent years,due to the lack of targeted research,there is still a lack of relevant reference basis for the theory of overlaying the crushed cement concrete pavement.Through the systematic research on typical overlay structures after crushing in Zhejiang region,the stress conditions of asphalt concrete overlay structures under different traffic environments are analyzed.The model is established by using the ABAQUS finite element software.Taking the surface deflection,bottom tensile stress,and soil-based top vertical compressive strain of the overlay layer as the research object,the mechanical response of the overlay layer structure is analyzed under different base strengths,crushing degrees,and overlay layer material parameters.
