摘要
为分析混凝土桥梁火灾后损伤病害并制定加固对策,以辽宁省某过火桥梁为例,经现场检测数据分析,建立了有限元数值模型。通过截面折减和预应力折减,模拟了过火后桥梁损伤现状,结果表明过火后桥梁承载能力降低,不满足相关设计规范要求。针对损伤病害制定了具体的加固方案,增加临时支撑以保证通车。采用T梁混凝土破坏部分环氧砂浆修复、T梁腹板和底板粘贴钢板补强、横隔板联系加强等措施,模拟加固后的状态。计算结果表明,加固后结构满足相关承载能力和应力验算要求。
In order to analyze the damage diseases of the concrete bridge after fire and formulate the reinforcement measures,taking a burnt bridge in Liaoning province as an example,the finite element numerical model is established based on the on-site inspection data analysis.Through the cross section reduction and prestress reduction,the damage status of the bridge after fire is simulated.The result shows that the bearing capacity of the bridge decreases after fire,which can not meet the requirement of relevant design specification.The specific reinforcement scheme is formulated for the damage diseases,and temporary supports are added to ensure smooth traffic.The measures such as repairing the damaged part of T-beam concrete with epoxy mortar,reinforcing the T-beam web and bottom plate with steel plates,and strengthening the connection between diaphragms are adopted,so as to simulate the status after reinforcement.The calculation results show that,the structure after reinforcement can meet the requirements of relevant bearing capacity and checking calculation of stress.
