摘要
本文聚焦基于数字化技术的临床医学就业教育模式创新,剖析数字化与临床医学就业教育内涵,构建涵盖教学内容、方式、指导及管理模式创新,并结合实施案例评估效果,提出推广与保障措施,旨在提升学生就业竞争力,优化临床医学就业教育体系。
This article focuses on the innovation of clinical medicine employment education mode based on digital technology.It analyzes the connotation of digitalization and clinical medicine employment education,and constructs an innovative framework that encompasses teaching content,methods,guidance,and management modes.By evaluating the effects through implementation cases,it proposes promotion and safeguard measures,aiming to enhance students'employment competitiveness and optimize the clinical medicine employment education system.
