在市场竞争日益激烈的环境下,证券公司亟须构建全面预算管理体系,为市场竞争能力的提升提供支撑。实践证明,业财融合通过推动业务和财务的有机融合,能够提升基础数据质量、促进预算执行协同性、丰富预算分析维度。文章阐述了业财融合对全面预算管理的影响,梳理了证券公司全面预算管理存在的痛点,从加速推动业财部门协同、提高预算编制精准性、加强预算信息化建设等角度提出了对策,最后以A证券公司为案例,分析了预算管理优化背景和动因以及优化路径和成效。
In the increasingly fierce market competition environment,securities companys urgently need to build a comprehensive budget management system to provide support for the promotion of market competitiveness.Practice has proved that by promoting the organic integration of business and finance,the integration of industry and finance can improve the quality of basic data,promote the coordination of budget execution,and enrich the dimensions of budget analysis.This paper expounds the impact of the integration of industry and finance on the overall budget management,sort out the pain points existing in the comprehensive budget management of securities companies,and puts forward countermeasures from the perspectives of accelerating the integration of industry and finance,improving the accuracy of budget preparation,and strengthening the construction of budget informatization.Finally,take A securities company as an example.The background and motivation of budget management optimization as well as the optimization path and effect are analyzed.
