摘要
[目的]筛选防治玉米灰斑病的低毒高效药剂,明确防治适期。[方法]设置40%丁香·戊唑醇SC、30%吡唑醚菌酯SC、35%氟环·醚菌酯SC、20%唑醚·氟环唑SC、75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG 5种药剂处理,以清水对照,开展玉米灰斑病药剂防治筛选试验。[结果]大喇叭口期和吐丝后10 d 2次施药,35%氟环·醚菌酯SC防治效果最佳,达85.7%。[结论]大喇叭口期和吐丝后10 d 2次施用35%氟环·醚菌酯SC为通化地区玉米灰斑病最佳防治方案,兼具高效性与经济性。研究结果为通化地区玉米灰斑病的科学防治提供了参考。
[Objective]To screen low-toxicity and high-efficiency pesticides for the prevention and control of corn gray spot disease,and clarify the appropriate period for prevention and control.[Methods]Five chemical treatments were set up,including 40%clove oil·tebuconazole SC,30%pyraclostrobin SC,35%fluoxastrobin+pyraclostrobin SC,20%pyraclostrobin+fluoxastrobin SC,and 75%trifloxystrobin+tebuconazole WG,with water as the control,to conduct a screening experiment on the chemical control of corn gray spot disease.[Results]During the period of large horn mouth and 10 days after silking,the best control effect of 35%fluoxastrobin+pyraclostrobin SC was achieved,reaching 85.7%.[Conclusion]The best prevention and control plan for corn gray spot disease in Tonghua area is to apply 35%fluoxastrobin+pyraclostrobin SC twice during the large horn mouth stage and 10 days after silking,which is both efficient and economical.The research results provide reference for the scientific prevention and control of maize gray spot disease in Tonghua area.
