缺资料地区中小流域设计洪水计算模型研究

摘要 针对缺资料地区中小流域设计洪水计算难题,建立了耦合Green-Ampt模型与推理公式(RF)的GR模型,可有效表征下垫面特征对产汇流过程的影响。基于四川省8个水文站实测洪水资料,对比应用GR、RF及瞬时单位线(IUH)方法计算各站设计洪水,综合评估模型性能。结果表明:相较RF、IUH法,GR模型计算结果与洪水频率分析(FFA)成果更接近,特别是对于稀遇频率设计洪水的计算可靠性更高,如P=0.05%、P=0.1%频率下8个水文站平均相对误差(MRE)分别为1.3%、0.5%;模型参数物理意义明确,易于结合高分辨率下垫面数据分析确定,在缺资料地区展现出良好的应用潜力。 Addressing the challenge of design flood estimation for medium and small watersheds in data-sparse regions,this study establishes a GR model that integrates the Green-Ampt model with the Rational Formula(RF).This coupling effectively characterizes the influence of underlying surface characteristics on rainfall-runoff processes.Utilizing observed flood data from eight hydrometric stations in Sichuan Province,China,the performance of the GR model was comprehensively evaluated by comparing its design flood estimates against those derived from the RF method and the Instantaneous Unit Hydrograph(IUH)method.The results demonstrate that compared to the RF and IUH methods,the GR model produces design flood values closer to those obtained via Flood Frequency Analysis(FFA).This enhanced reliability is particularly evident for low-frequency design floods;for instance,at the P=0.05%(return period:2000 years)and P=0.1%(return period:1000 years)frequencies,the Mean Relative Error(MRE)across the eight stations was only 1.3%and 0.5%,respectively.The parameters of the GR model possess clear physical meanings and can be readily determined using high-resolution underlying surface data,indicating significant application potential for data-sparse regions.
