水风光储联合运行调度下日内生态水文形势影响研究

Study on the Impact of Joint Operation of Hydro-Wind-Solar-Pumped Storage on Intraday Eco-Hydrological Processes

摘要 为平抑风电、光伏出力的波动性,利用水电站的调节库容,开展水风光互补运行可提高新能源消纳率,但也导致了河道日内水文情势的大幅度变化。本文建立了水风光互补运行和水风光储联合运行两种模式下的日内优化调度模型;基于流量大小、频率两方面共7个日内生态水文形势改变评估指标,对比分析了不同运行模式、不同出力场景下日内生态水文形势影响。结果表明:相较水电单独运行,水风光互补运行更易引发高幅度的流量波动,增设一体式抽水蓄能电站后,流量波动幅度显著降低。研究成果可为纳入水风光联合运行的水库生态保护提供支撑。 To smooth out the fluctuations of wind and solar power,the regulating capacity of hydropower reservoirs can be utilized for complementary hydro-wind-solar operation,which can improve the accommodation rate of renewable energy.However,this also causes significant changes in the intraday hydrological regime of the river.In this paper,intraday optimal dispatch models are established for two modes:hydro-wind-solar complementary operation and hydro-wind-solar-storage joint operation.Based on seven assessment indicators for intraday eco-hydrological alteration,covering both flow magnitude and frequency,the impacts on the intraday eco-hydrological regime under different operational modes and power output scenarios are comparatively analyzed.The results indicate that,compared to hydropower operating alone,the complementary hydro-wind-solar operation is more likely to cause high-amplitude flow fluctuations.With the addition of an integrated pumped storage power station,the amplitude of flow fluctuations is significantly reduced.The research findings can provide support for the ecological protection of reservoirs involved in the joint operation of hydro,wind,and solar power.
