摘要
大型混合式抽水蓄能电站具有抽水和发电的双向调节能力,其运行过程显著改变了进/出水口附近水域流态。在抽水工况下,下水库进/出水口下游将形成局部反向流速区,阻碍鱼类上溯行为,影响依托工程过鱼设施效果。本文以四川某大型混合式抽水蓄能电站为研究对象,针对电站运行时阻碍鱼类上溯的影响,综合考虑混合式抽水蓄能工程枢纽布置、运行方式、河段水文水力学特性以及技术可行性,提出了“布设脉冲式拦鱼栅+下水库电站鱼道内增设集鱼设施进行集运鱼”的过鱼设施优化方案,为同类工程过鱼方案优化设计提供了技术参考。
Large hybrid pumped storage power stations possess bidirectional regulation capabilities,whose operation significantly alters the flow regime near intake/outlet structures.During pumping operations,localized reverse flow zones develop downstream of the lower reservoir's intake/outlet,hindering upstream fish migration and compromising the effectiveness of existing fish passage facilities.Focusing on a large hybrid pumped storage power stations project in Sichuan,this study addresses migration barriers induced by plant operation through comprehensive consideration of project layout,operational modes,reach-specific hydro-hydraulic characteristics,and technical feasibility.We propose an optimized fish passage solution featuring:"installation of pulsed fish fences+augmentation of fish collection and transport facilities within the lower reservoir's fishway".This dual-pronged approach provides a technical reference for optimizing fish passage designs in similar projects.
