抽水蓄能机组对电力系统转动惯量支撑有关问题研究

摘要 同步机组惯量支撑在电力系统稳定、电能质量、设备安全方面发挥着十分重要的作用。随着新型电力系统建设快速推进,电网规模持续扩大、新能源占比越来越高,我国电力系统转动惯量支撑不足问题日渐凸显。本文以分析抽水蓄能机组惯量支撑能力为切入点,通过对电力系统惯量支撑的基本概念进行梳理、总结,提出“转动惯能”概念,并以之为基础,对系统惯量支撑原理、需求空间进行研究,就解决惯量支撑问题的技术方向提出建议。 The inertial support provided by synchronous generators plays a critical role in power-system stability,power quality,and equipment security.As the construction of new-type power systems accelerates—marked by an ever-expanding grid and an increasing share of renewable energy—the insufficiency of rotational inertia support in China’s power system has become increasingly prominent.Taking the inertial support capability of pumped-storage units as its entry point,this paper first clarifies and summarizes the fundamental concepts of power-system inertial support.On this basis,it introduces the concepts of“rotational inertial energy”and uses it to investigate the underlying principles and required margins of system inertial support,subsequently proposing technical directions for addressing the inertia-support challenge.
