To evaluate the interception and damage effects of fragmentation artillery warhead against typical anti-tank rockets,projectile-target engagement and target vulnerability analysis were conducted. This led to the establishment of a damage criterion. The target was discretized into surface elements.Based on the shooting line principle,an axis-angle representation method was proposed to calculate precise impact point parameters of the fragments. Finally,an interception probability model for the active interception warhead was constructed by integrating the damage criterion with the projectile-target engagement model. And,the effectiveness of the interception probability model was validated through experiments.Experimental results indicate that with an interception radius of 0.4 m and a projectile-target engagement distance between 1.3 m and 1.5 m,the warhead has a high interception probability of approximately 80%.Experimental results show an interception probability of 80%,while the model predicts an interception probability of 73.2%,indicating that the interception probability model effectively reflects the interception engagement and damage situations.
