摘要
中国共产党领导制度是一个系统范畴,通过建构包含价值论、结构论、功能论、环境论与过程论在内的综合认识体系,有助于为理解党的领导制度提供清晰且完整的框架。在价值论意义上,党的领导制度是马克思主义的制度化产物,充分彰显了马克思主义人学、政党学、制度学的本质理念;在结构论意义上,其涉及领导主体、客体、载体等基本维度,具有丰富多元、层次分明的体系内容;在功能论意义上,其既具有一般制度的优势,也具有边界明确、决策科学和方式优化等特殊功能效用;在环境论意义上,其常受制于宏观制度情境、中观政治变量与微观行动主体,构成其生成与运行的生态场域;在过程论意义上,其在遵循一般制度变迁规律的同时,不可避免受到“关键节点”“路径依赖”“正向反馈”等因素影响,从而塑造了独特的演进特征。上述五个方面相互关联、相互作用,共同构成了对中国共产党领导制度的全面认知框架,有助于为理解“中国之治”提供解码路径。
The leadership system of the CPC is a systematic category.By constructing a comprehensive understanding system including value theory,structural theory,functionalism,environmental theory and process theory,it will help to provide a clear and complete framework for understanding the leadership system of the Party.In the sense of value theory,the leadership system of the Party is an institutionalized product of Marxism,fully demonstrating the essential concepts of Marxist humanistic,political party,and institutional studies;In terms of structural theory,it involves basic dimensions such as leadership subject,object,and carrier,and has a rich,diverse,and hierarchical system content;In the sense of functionalism,it has both the advantages of general institutions and special functional utilities such as clear boundaries,scientific decision-making,and optimized methods;In terms of environmental theory,it is often constrained by macro institutional contexts,meso political variables,and micro actors,forming the ecological field of generation and operation;In the sense of process theory,while following the general laws of institutional change,it is inevitably influenced by factors such as“key nodes”,“path dependence”,and“positive feedback”,thus shaping unique evolutionary characteristics.The above five aspects interrelate and interact to form a comprehensive cognitive framework for the leadership system of the CPC,which helps to provide a decoding path for understanding the“governance of China”.
