摘要
“第二个结合”是马克思主义中国化时代化的全新命题,彰显了党对中华优秀传统文化的高度重视和深刻把握。在此视域下审视国家治理现代化,旨在挖掘马克思主义和中华优秀传统文化中的国家治理智慧,构建中国式现代化的国家治理路径。“第二个结合”的深刻意蕴与价值指引为国家治理的文化认同、文化资源、治理理念等方面进行文化赋能,并从强化组织力、提升领导力、增强协同力等三个不同向度,进一步拓展国家治理的实践路径,夯实长治久安与持续发展的治理根基,构筑稳固且富有活力的现代化治理体系。
The concept of the“second integration”represents a new proposition in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context,reflecting the Party’s elevated emphasis and profound comprehension of China’s fine traditional culture.From this perspective,the modernization of national governance seeks to draw upon the wisdom of both Marxism and traditional Chinese culture in order to forge a distinctively Chinese path in national governance.The profound meaning and value orientation of the“second integration”enrich national governance in terms of cultural identity,cultural resources,and governance philosophy.Furthermore,it expands the practical pathways of governance through three key dimensions:strengthening organizational capacity,enhancing leadership,and boosting collaborative synergy.These efforts consolidate the foundation for sustained and stable governance and contributes to a modern system that is both robust and adaptive.
