摘要
针对平模颗粒机在制粒过程中因磨损而失效的问题,文中通过建立平模及压辊的三维模型,采用离散元法对平模颗粒机的制粒过程进行仿真分析,通过建立Archard磨损模型得到平模及压辊的受力图及磨损量对比图,并得出平模为整个运动过程中主要受力部件的结论。另外,选取影响单个模孔性能的主要参数模孔直径及模孔锥角进行磨损对比分析,得出当模孔直径为12 mm、锥角为45°时为最优值的结论,为选取最优平模模孔直径及锥角进而提高平模的耐久性提供了参考。
Since the flat die granulator suffers failure due to wear in the granulation process,in this article efforts are made to set up the three-dimensional models of the flat die and the pressure roller;the discrete-element method is used to simulate and analyze the granulation process;the Archard wear model is set up,in order to work out the force diagrams of the flat die and the pressure roller,as well as the comparative diagrams of wear amount.It is concluded that the flat die is the main force-bearing part in the whole moving process.In addition,the main parameters affecting a single die hole’s performance,such as diameter and taper angle,are selected for the comparative analysis on wear;the conclusion is drawn that the optimal parameters are obtained when the die hole’s diameter is 12 mm and its taper angle is 45°.This study provides reference for selecting the optimal hole diameter and taper angle,so that the flat die will have a higher standard of durability.
