花生条纹病毒病抗病种质鉴定及产量影响评估

摘要 为鉴定不同花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)种质资源对花生条纹病毒(Peanut Stripe Virus,PStV)的抗性差异,于2022—2024年在山东省莱西市花生连作重病田(PStV高发区),采用田间自然发病法对70份花生种质材料进行了PStV抗性评价。结果表明,不同种质材料对PStV的抗性存在显著差异,在供试材料中,未发现对PStV免疫的种质,共鉴定出高抗(HR)材料15份,抗病(R)材料29份,中抗(MR)材料9份,感病(S)材料9份,高感(HS)材料8份。进一步评估不同抗性级别种质受PStV侵染后的产量损失率,发现PStV侵染导致所有抗性级别的花生均出现不同程度的产量降低,且产量损失率随种质材料抗病性减弱而显著增加。本研究旨在筛选PStV抗性种质资源,为花生抗病育种提供抗性材料和理论依据。 To assess the resistance variation among different peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)germplasm resources against Peanut Stripe Virus(PStV),a field evaluation of PStV resistance was conducted on 70 peanut germplasms using the natural field infection method.The study was arranged from 2022 to 2024 in a continuously cropped,severely PStV-infected field located in Laixi,Shandong.The results showed that there were significant differences in resistance to PStV among the 70 tested peanut germplasms,while no immune materials were identified,and among which a total of 15 highly resistant(HR),29 resistant(R),9 moderately resistant(MR),9 susceptible(S)and 8 highly susceptible(HS)germplasms were identified.Further analysis of yield loss rates in germplasms with different resistance levels revealed that all resistance levels exhibited varying degrees of yield reduction after PStV infection.With the decrease of disease resistance of peanut germplasm materials,the yield loss rate showed an increasing trend.This systematic screening identified PStV-resistant peanut germplasms and provided both foundational materials and theoretical foundation for developing virus-resistant peanut cultivars.
