摘要
燃气轮机掺氢技术能够促进可再生能源的规模化高效利用。氢气与天然气物性参数有着巨大差异,这会导致机组NO_(x)排放水平发生变化。对AE94.3A型燃气轮机进行了掺氢比例最高7%的燃烧试验,研究了燃气轮机掺氢燃烧对快速型和热力型NO_(x)排放的影响,试验结果表明7%比例掺氢燃烧对2种生成类型NO_(x)的排放量无显著影响。研究成果可为后续工业燃气轮机天然气掺氢燃烧技术的应用提供参考。
The application of hydrogen blending technology in gas turbines can promote large-scale and efficient utilization of renewable energy.However,there are significant differences between hydrogen and natural gas in physical properties,which can lead to fluctuation of NO_(x) emission of the unit.Combustion test was conducted on the AE94.3A gas turbine with a maximum hydrogen blending ratio of 7%,and the impact of hydrogen blending combustion on fast and thermal types of NO_(x) emission was studied.The test results showed that 7%hydrogen blending combustion had no significant effect on the emission of the two types of NO_(x).The research results can provide reference for the subsequent application of hydrogen blending combustion technology in industrial gas turbines.
