基于生命周期成本分析的绿色建筑技术经济评价研究

摘要 随着我国城镇化进程的加快,水体污染、光污染等环境问题日益突出,绿色建筑作为一种新型、环保的节能建筑方式,在世界范围内引起广泛关注。与传统建筑相比,在设计、建设、管理、维护等各个环节,绿色建筑更注重充分利用资源,尊重生态环境。绿色建筑更多地关注建筑全生命周期内的费用效率,而不仅仅是初始费用。基于此,本文探讨绿色建筑技术经济分析及评价,以期为行业发展提供参考。 With the acceleration of urbanization in China,environmental problems such as water pollution and light pollution are becoming increasingly prominent.Green buildings,as a new and environmentally friendly energy-saving building method,have attracted widespread attention worldwide.Compared with traditional architecture,green buildings pay more attention to fully utilizing resources and respecting the ecological environment in various aspects such as design,construction,management,and maintenance.Green buildings focus more on cost efficiency throughout the entire lifecycle of the building,rather than just initial costs.Based on this,this article explores the economic analysis and evaluation of green building technology,in order to provide reference for industry development.
