摘要
真空密封电连接器是超导磁体等装置中实现失超保护电压信号跨真空传输的核心部件,在极端环境下的绝缘可靠性直接决定装置安全性。本文搭建了耐压测试平台,对其进行直流耐压和真空帕邢实验,评估其性能。实验结果表明常温下其对地直流耐压可达60 kV/min,漏电流不超过60μA;1 Pa下帕刑测试耐压达15 kV,达到设计指标。实验结果为同类真空密封电连接器在极端环境下的绝缘设计与可靠性验证提供了重要的基础数据。
Vacuum-sealed electrical connectors are core components for achieving quench protection voltage signal transmission across vacuum in devices such as superconducting magnets.Their insulation reliability under extreme conditions directly determines the safety of the devices.In this paper,a withstand voltage test platform was built to conduct DC withstand voltage and vacuum Paschen tests on them to evaluate their performance.The experimental results show that at room temperature,the DC withstand voltage to ground can reach 60 kV/min,with a leakage current not exceeding 60μA;the Paschen test withstand voltage at 1 Pa reaches 15 kV,meeting the design specifications.These experimental results provide fundamental data for the insulation design and reliability verification of similar vacuum-sealed electrical connectors under harsh environments.
