摘要
在地铁有排流网(SCCM)的区段,轨排过渡电阻是评估轨道杂散电流的重要指标,但其传统测量方法存在精度不足的问题,且无法适用于地铁交流供电制式下的测量,因此有必要开展轨排过渡电阻新型测量方法的研究。结合现场实际工况,提出了基于20Hz交流电流源的轨排过渡电阻新型测量方法。首先,基于传输线稳态响应理论,将轨道电路等效为有损传输线,推导出轨排过渡电阻新型计算公式。然后,根据上海轨道交通10号线的施工情况,在电磁暂态程序软件中搭建轨道电路仿真模型,比较了传统直流法和新型交流法的测试精度,验证了新型交流法的测量精确性。最后,通过现场对比实验,进一步验证了新型交流法的工程可行性。
In subway sections with stray current collection mat(SCCM),the rail-SCCM transition resistance is an important index for stray current evaluation.However,the traditional measurement methods have accuracy issues and cannot be applied to measurement under the subway’s AC power supply system,it is necessary to conduct research on the measurement method of rail-SCCM transition resistance under AC condition.Based on the actual conditions of the field track circuit,a novel measurement method of rail-SCCM transition resistance,based on 20 Hz sinusodial AC current source is proposed.Firstly,based on the steady-state response theory of transmission line,the track circuit is equivalent to a lossy transmission line and a novel calculation formula of rail-SCCM transition resistance is proposed.Secondly,according to the construction of Shanghai Metro Line 10,the track circuit simulation model is built in alternative transient program-electromagnetic transients program,and the accuracy of the traditional method and the new DC method is compared.The new AC method is verified.Finally,the novel AC method is further validated through field comparison method.
